Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat 40% less sodium
  • 250 g Sweet potato
  • 100 g Onion
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Bell pepper
  • 500 ml Cooking oil
MIXED FLOUR
  • 200 g Wheat flour
  • 4 Chicken eggs
  • 100 ml Water
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Grate the Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat and sweet potatoes
  • Slice the onion
  • Mix and stir wheat flour, eggs, water and salt. Then put the mixed flour in the cool storage in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Cut the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips

Pour the Tulip meat, sweet potato, onion, carrot and bell pepper in the flour bowl, and then mix it.

Heat the pan with oil, place a tablespoon of the mixture one by one on the pan and fry until it is crisp and golden. Take it out and drain.

Serve with chili sauce or ketchup.
