Fried ricewith Choy Sum & Tulip Hot Dog Sausages

Ingredients
- 125 g Tulip 10 Hot Dog Skinless Sausages
- 3 cups Rice
- 50 g Red bell pepper
- 50 g Green bell pepper
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Onion
- Choy Sum
- 2 tbsp Soybean sauce
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
- Cooking oil
- 250 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Soybean sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
Instructions
Food preparation:
- Slice 5 Tulip Hot Dog Skinless Sausages diagonally
- Wash the rice, put it in the electric cooker, add 2-3 cups of water and cook until it’s done. Take out and let it cool
- Carve the carrot into the shape of flower
- Cut the red & green bell pepper and the onion into squares
Making the sauce:
Mix and stir all ingredients: Water, corn flour, oyster sauce, soybean sauce, sesame oil, pepper, sugar and egg.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, add the white cooked rice and fry until the rice is slightly dried.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, add the Tulip sausages, bell pepper, carrot, Choy Sum and stir –fry the mixture. Add the sauce, let it boil for 1 minute. Turn on the high fire.
Add the egg; stir the mixture for 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. Add the sesame oil.
Place the fried rice on the disk, put the mixture on the rice. Sprinkle with some fried red onion on the mixture. Serve with soybean sauce.

Serve for breakfast, dinner, and party.
