Stir-fried instant noodlewith Tulip Hot Dog Sausages

Ingredients
- 125 g Tulip 10 Hot Dog Skinless Sausages
- 3 packs Instant noodle
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Chopped red onion
- 3 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
- Cooking oil
- 2 tsp Soybean sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Water
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 100 g Bok choy
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- 50 g Carrot
- 50 g Sprout
Instructions
Food preparation:
- Slice the Tulip Hot Dog Sausages diagonally
- Cut the Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage and carrot into thin strips
- Put the Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage, carrot and sprout in the boiling water for 1 minute, then take it out and drain
- Put the instant noodles in the boiling water for 1 minute
- Making the sauce: Mix and stir all ingredients; soybean sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, water, pepper, sugar
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, Tulip Hot Dog Sausages, instant noodles and vegetables, then pour the sauce and stir-fry.
Sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serve with soybean sauce and chili.
