Stir-fried instant noodlewith Tulip Hot Dog Sausages

Ingredients

  • 125 g Tulip 10 Hot Dog Skinless Sausages
  • 3 packs Instant noodle
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
  • Cooking oil
SAUCE
  • 2 tsp Soybean sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
VEGETABLES
  • 100 g Bok choy
  • 100 g Chinese cabbage
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 50 g Sprout

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Slice the Tulip Hot Dog Sausages diagonally
  • Cut the Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage and carrot into thin strips
  • Put the Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage, carrot and sprout in the boiling water for 1 minute, then take it out and drain
  • Put the instant noodles in the boiling water for 1 minute
  • Making the sauce: Mix and stir all ingredients; soybean sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, water, pepper, sugar

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, Tulip Hot Dog Sausages, instant noodles and vegetables, then pour the sauce and stir-fry.

Sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serve with soybean sauce and chili.
