Tulip Hot Dog Sausages salad

Ingredients
- 250 g Tulip 10 Hot Dog Skinless Sausages
- 4 tbsp Rice
- 100 g Red onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 6 Small chilies
- 30 g Cilantro
- 30 g Mint leaves
- 3 pieces Lemon grass
- 3 tbsp Roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Chopped chili
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 15 g Cilantro bodies & roots
Instructions
Food preparation:
- Dice the Tulip Hot Dog Skinless Sausage
- Slice the red onion and the lemon grass
- Cut the small chili into 5 mm pieces
- Chop cilantro bodies & roots
- Crush the roasted peanuts
Heat the pan, add rice and stir until it is brown. Take it out and crush.
Making the dressing fish sauce:
Mix and stir all ingredients: Garlic, chili, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and cilantro.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, add the Tulip Hot Dog Sausages and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. Add a few drops of lime juice in the hot pan.
Pour the Tulip Hot Dog Sausages in the bowl, then mix with red onion, lemon grass, chili, cilantro and mint leaves. Then pour the dressing fish sauce, add 2 tablespoons roasted rice and 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts.
Serve with sesame rice cake.
