Ingredients
- 340 g Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat 40% less sodium
- 1 Cabbage
- 10 Spring onions
- 1 Carrot
- 2 tbsp Fried red onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped red onion
- 20 g Cilantro
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 1.5 liters Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
Instructions
Food preparation:
- Cut the Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat into strips approx. 2 cm
- Chop the cilantro
- Boil the spring onion and cabbage leaves for 1 minute, then take it out and drain
- Carve the carrot into flowers
Marinate the Tulip meat with pepper, red onion and cilantro for 10 minutes.
Place the Tulip meat on the cabbage leaves, wrap and roll; use the spring onion to string the roll.
Boil the broth in the pot, add the carrot, then place the cabbage rolls in the soup pot. Lower the fire and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season the soup with salt, seasoning and sugar. Turn off the fire. Then add the cilantro and pepper.
Serve with rice.

Serve for dinner.
