Ingredients

  • 340 g Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat 40% less sodium
  • 1 Winter melon
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Chicken egg
  • 0.5 tbsp Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soybean sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 20 g Cilantro

Instructions

Food preparation:

  • Grate the Tulip Premium Pork Luncheon Meat
  • Chop the red onion, garlic and 10 g cilantro
  • Peel the winter melon and cut it diagonally

Mix the Tulip meat with breadcrumbs, corn flour, egg, pepper, seasoning, sugar, soybean sauce, red onion, garlic and cilantro.

Lay the winter melon slices on the tray. Put the Tulip mix on the winter melon slices, then cover the Tulip meat by another winter melon slice.

Put the winter melon in the steaming pot and steam for 20-25 minutes (count from the time when the water starts to boil).

Place the winter melon on the dish. Serve with rice and soybean sauce.
